As an adapted version of the organization’s in-person Board Fundamentals Workshop, the Wyoming Nonprofit Network is excited to offer Boardroom Basics: What Every Nonprofit Board Member Should Know. This two-hour online workshop will discuss the primary functions of the board of directors, including responsibilities and legal obligations. In addition to the information delivered online, attendees will receive a 10-page digital handout with workshop content and links to relevant resources.

We are offering special organizational pricing to recognize the impact of strengthened governance within the nonprofit sector. Those who register will receive a Zoom link that can be shared with their board members and leadership staff for no additional charge. To increase participation, the provided Zoom link will give access to the workshops on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The ED/CEO and each board member can choose the workshop date that best fits their schedule.

    Offered Dates:

The two-hour online workshop will be offered in February and March 2025. The same content will be shared each month. Workshop attendees choose the workshop that is best for their schedule.

    Choose one:

    • Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom; or
    • Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom

    Special Organizational Pricing and Registration:

The registration cost is $40 per WNN member organization and $75 per non-member organization. One person registers for your organization and then shares the Zoom link with organizational leadership (ED/CEO and Board Members). The Zoom link is the same for both dates. The ZOOM LINK is provided in the confirmation email received after registering.

This learning opportunity is free for Natrona Collective Health Trust partner organizations. Communication with the promotional code needed will be distributed by the NCHT shortly.
