Program Associate - Wyoming 2-2-1, Cheyenne
Wyoming 2-1-1 is a part of a nationwide network of call centers that provide information and referral (I&R) services to Wyoming residents. The Program Associate manages the daily administrative details related to the organization’s ongoing programmatic activities, development, communication and outreach activities, and call center activities. This position is under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director. This position will ensure the Community Resource Specialists are delivering quality, professional help to callers and executing timely follow inquiries. The Program Associate also has the responsibility for monitoring grants and contracts to meet target deliverable timelines, compile, analyze and communicate program performance metrics, and to assist with fundraising and community engagement efforts. Kinship Navigator Program Manager - Wyoming Citizen Review Panel (Position may be located anywhere in Wyoming)
Kinship Connections of Wyoming is a free service to grandparents, relatives and other caregivers who are raising children that are not their own. A Kinship Navigator Specialist will ensure that families are able to learn about, access and use appropriate programs and services. By fostering the positive, well-being of kinship caregivers and children, the kinship caregiver will have an increased capacity to provide a safe, stable and nurturing home. 
This program is jointly managed by WyCRP and Wyoming 2-1-1. The Kinship Navigator Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of WyCRP for all employment matters. The Program Manager works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Wyoming 2-1-1, Executive Director of WYCRP, and the Kinship Navigators to reach the strategic objectives of the program. Branch Assistant - Part-time - Laramie County Library System - Eastern Laramie County, Wyoming

The individual in this position will have the opportunity to assist patrons in person and over the phone. This position is primarily at the Pine Bluffs Branch Library with some shifts at the Burns Branch Library as needed. This includes working every other Tuesday night until 7:00 p.m. and every other Saturday. One of two Branch Assistants, the individual in this position works collaboratively with two Branch Specialists and the Circulation & Branch Services Manager to provide excellent customer service to patrons. This position is responsible for some collection development and library events as assigned. The Disaster Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of the disaster services program in an assigned geographic territory. This position operates as a part of the Disaster Management Cycle processes and leads and manages a primarily volunteer team. It is responsible for the implementation of local disaster preparedness, response and recovery management as well as management of government partnerships with assigned territory. They will also ensure the development of Disaster Leadership Volunteers in each of the program support functional areas of the disaster cycle in order to meet the needs of the territory, region, state and division. Work schedule will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and some weekends and evenings will be required during times of business need. Shelter Operations Manager - Full-time - St. Francis Animal Shelter - Buffalo, WY

The Shelter Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the shelter. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the shelter. The Manager answers to the Board of Directors and serves as the day-to-day leader and chief spokesperson for the shelter. This person must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a small staff, volunteers, as well as ensure the cleanliness & safety of the facility and equipment.  The Manager regularly handles the front desk duties and is the first point of contact with the public. Must have strong customer service skills, as interaction with the public, whether in person, by phone, or email is crucial to the success of the shelter in our small community.
