Plus, we’ll walk you through key dashboard tools, sharing your organization’s profile, and accessing the Nonprofit Toolkit, including templates, customizable graphics, and resources.

Get your radio voice ready. This month, nonprofits are invited to Townsquare Media!

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, organizations will learn more about marketing opportunities with Townsquare Media before recording radio advertisements that will air in the weeks leading up to WyoGives 2026 on July 15, 2026.

To accommodate all interested organizations, two different recording times are available on Thursday, June 25: 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. To register for this event, participating nonprofits must sign up for one of the two available times listed through the linked online form.

Social Media Video Content Workshop (30 Jun 2026)

It is one thing to tell someone about the organization’s mission, but another to show it in action.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Tate Pumphouse, organizations attending the Social Media Video Content Workshop will learn how to create short-form video content on Instagram and in Canva that both shares their organization's story impactfully and resonates with supporters. Whether you are participating in WyoGives 2026 or are interested in creating social media content outside of fundraising efforts, this workshop is for you.

To ensure they leave with video content that is ready to share, workshop attendees should bring:

Mission in action smartphone video clips, preferably 8 to 10 clips (6 to 30 seconds each), filmed vertically. Guidelines and examples of mission in action video clips will be distributed by June 12, 2026.

Branded materials from the organization, including specific colors, fonts, and logos.

Smartphone with access to the Instagram app and a personal device with access to Canva, with access to Canva being optional.

If applicable, information about the specific project, program, or initiative the organization’s WyoGives 2026 campaign is raising funds for and how it betters the community.

Before filming mission-in-action clips for use at the workshop, attendees should read Lady Folk’s Short Form Video Content Guide and review the example video clips available online.

About the Workshop Presenter:

Chelsea is the founder of Lady Folk - a copywriting and creative studio rooted in the wilds of Casper, Wyoming. She helps creative women entrepreneurs and western lifestyle brands find their voice and name the story that's always been alive in their work.

In the last five years, Chelsea has held content marketing partnerships with local non-profit organizations, including Advance Casper, Visit Casper, 5150' Local, and Downtown Casper. She currently serves on the board of The Lyric. When she's not developing brand messaging for a client or shooting content around the Casper community, you can find her in the great outdoors with her family, having heart-to-hearts over a latte, or planning her next rodeo outfit.

WyoGives, an initiative of the Wyoming Nonprofit Network, brings the state together as one community to raise funds and awareness for Wyoming’s nonprofits. Through WyoGives.org, donors can easily discover and support organizations across the state on one trusted, user-friendly platform.

This year’s WyoGives theme is the Power of One, highlighting how each individual gift contributes to a broader, collective impact across Wyoming.

For nonprofits, WyoGives offers an opportunity to increase visibility, engage supporters, and strengthen fundraising efforts as part of a statewide day of giving. For donors, it’s a simple way to support the causes and communities they care about most.

March 16, 2026: Applications open at WyoGives.org
June 15, 2026: Registration closes (no exceptions)
July 15, 2026: WyoGives Day (midnight–midnight; donations accepted through 11:59 PM)

Boardroom Basics: What Every Nonprofit Board Member Should Know (13 Aug 2026)

As an adapted version of the organization’s in-person Board Fundamentals Workshop, the Wyoming Nonprofit Network is excited to again be offering Boardroom Basics: What Every Nonprofit Board Member Should Know. This two-hour online workshop will discuss the primary functions of the board of directors, including responsibilities and legal obligations. In addition to the information delivered online, attendees will receive a 15-page digital handout with workshop content and links to relevant resources. Recognizing the impact of strengthened governance within the nonprofit sector, this learning opportunity utilizes an organizational registration, meaning a single registration provides access to a Zoom link that can be shared with all board members and staff for no additional charge.

To support the onboarding of new board members and provide continued education for existing board members throughout the year, Boardroom Basics will be offered bimonthly in 2026.
