In some cases, there will be nonprofits that can see they will not be able to continue on their own, and they run critically funded programs that still need to continue. How, during these times and under stressful conditions, does a nonprofit think through merging or sunsetting their organization to ensure critical programming endures? What critical steps need to be followed and what questions need to be answered to make these moves for program sustainability, even if that means the organization will sunset? This session will help answer these questions and give practical advice on what is needed from both the receiver and the giver of these scenarios.
