In an effort to bring more federal funds from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) back to the State of Wyoming, this year, the Governor called on the State Budget Department to establish a centralized Grants Management Office (GMO) dedicated to providing comprehensive support to Wyoming’s communities to help them pursue and manage this grant funding. In July, the GMO launched the Wyoming Grant Assistance Program (WYGAP)—a technical assistance program available at no cost to State Agencies, local governments, tribal governments, non-profits, and small businesses located in Wyoming.
During this session, attendees will learn more about the various forms of assistance available to non-profits through WYGAP, including: · Wyoming Grants Connect Hub: A searchable database featuring over 300 funding opportunities from the IIJA, IRA, and the CHIPS and Science Act as well as State Agency grant programs.
