On Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., organizations are invited to attend a free lunch and learn about trauma-informed leadership from educational experts in the field. To continue fostering professional relationships within Natrona County, organizational leaders are encouraged to invite staff and board members to engage in this learning opportunity. About the Lunch and Learn: As trauma-informed care becomes a larger part of the community conversation, we as leaders want to be on the front lines of this discussion. Together with Dr. Rochelle Green and Christine Vencill LCSW, we will discuss what trauma is and the 6 Key Principles of Trauma-Informed Care. This will be followed by a practice session using application scenarios to strengthen your leadership.
