Join your fellow nonprofit leaders at Mercer Family Resource Center, with director Cori who will introduce us to staff and share their work providing education, counseling, and prevention services that build stronger and healthier youth and families in our community.
Joining as our Vendor host, you’ll meet Todd Titus, sales representative for Cowboy State Daily, with coffee, a morning treat and an advertising offer that can’t be beat! Todd also has a special grant offer for those in attendance!
And finally, a wonderful program presented by our Affiliate Partner, Peak Consulting. Peak Consulting is a regional firm, based in Sheridan, that provides personalized solutions to assist organizations, teams, and leaders perform at their peak. They support organizations through strategic planning, community listening sessions, HR management, and leadership development. Consultant Camden Easterling has 20 years of experience in team leadership, staff development, and project management. She brings experience working with non-profit and for-profit organizations from startups to established nationwide companies. Camden will discuss Mission-Driven Decision Making. Attendees will learn why their mission is a crucial tool in creating clarity and efficiency and will take away a process for their own mission-driven decision making.
