Topic: Running an Effective Meeting
What is the purpose of meetings? Ideally, everyone knows what they need in order to do their job. In reality, we need to share information and utilize various levels of expertise to accomplish our goals. This session teaches how to set the stage, run the meeting, and conclude the meeting to maximize effectiveness. Join us to learn how to prepare for and facilitate meetings, whether the meeting intent is planning, informational, wrap-up, or discussion based. We will also discuss how to effectively conclude a meeting while fostering positive relationships with those in attendance.
