Analyzing Form 990
The potential for public scrutiny is significant as nearly the entire Form 990 is open to public inspection. As such it is important to understand the nuances of the Form to ensure it properly reflects the organizations policies, procedures, and financial information. We will dive deep into the Form 990 and supporting schedules to help staff and board members understand the complexities of the form and ensure accuracy before the return is filed. Attendees of this class should include but is not limited to executive directors, board members, and other individuals who may sign or review the Form 990.

Greg is licensed to practice as a CPA in Wyoming. He has continually practiced public accounting since 2008 when he joined McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP. Greg provides advice, consulting, tax planning and return preparation on nearly all types of tax returns including, but not limited to: corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, gifts and non-profits.
