Understanding and Using Financial Reports for Informed Decision Making

What should a financial statement tell its reader? The financial statements are often a formality in board meetings that are quickly touched upon but not discussed. Some board members and staff may not fully understand the financials, especially as there are some differences between nonprofit and for-profit accounting. This webinar session will review the components of financial statements and include information about graphic presentations and dashboard reporting that can help interpret the financial position of the organization and assist in strategic decision making.
