Mission Statement
The purpose of Rising Phoenix Therapeutic Community & Rescue Center (or Rising Phoenix for short) is to provide support and treatment services to released offenders who have successfully completed the incarcerated substance abuse therapeutic community (TC) experience and truly desire to maintain their sobriety in a supportive environment of other TC brothers and staff who understand the dynamics of not only having a history of addiction but also of having been incarcerated.
