He currently works at Nationwide in Columbus, Ohio and also teaches in the Instructional Design & Learning Technology graduate program at Franklin University. Mike is known for his practical approach to learning and is a popular speaker at industry events. He is passionate about helping others succeed in the field of instructional design and is dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
