Anna Wilcox, Executive Director for The Wyoming Eclipse Festival, will be providing an update on the current happenings of the festival as well as their overall goals, priorities and efforts. In addition, she will present an opportunity for nonprofits in Casper to benefit and raise funds by joining the efforts!
