This informative workshop will give nonprofit agency staff and their bookkeepers an opportunity to explore best practices for using QuickBooks to record financial data and produce reports that are informative, accurate, and reliable. Learn to use QuickBooks so it becomes a help instead of a hindrance.
Topics include:

  • Navigating QuickBooks
  • Creating/designing a chart of accounts
  • Adding, editing, and deleting accounts
  • Using class codes/locations to get more in-depth reporting
  • Grant tracking and reporting
  • Setting up vendors and customers
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Entering and paying bills
  • Creating budgets
  • Running reports

Coffee and light breakfast provided.
